Goa is  among the most adorable State of India. It is situated at Western Coast of India known as Konkan. It is the smallest states of India owing to its geographical area and it occupies the land area about  3,702 Km2.  It is divided in two parts North Goa and South Goa. It also features as the least population of India and population size is 1817000 as per the available statistics of 2011. It is also honored as “Best Quality of Life” and “Best Placed State”.

Owings to its geographical location it attracts many people to visit. On the occasion of New Year, Christmas and Valentine days gatherings of peoples are noticed. Most of the peoples visit Beaches, Nightlife, Places of worship and world Heritage Architecture and Panoramic view of the sea.  It also let the experience of Sunset in the evening.

It also encompass green expanse of the Sahyadri mountain range.

Goa  offers  many sports activites some of them are  Windsurfing, Personal Water Craft, Banana Boat, Kayaking, Scuba Diving Snorkeling.

People should visit the beaches and begins from the headland of Fort Aguada just outside the  Panaji city and moves up to north.

Best Time to Visit

Best time to visit Goa in the months from November to March as in these months weather remains pleasant. It is the time when weather is perfect not very cold and not hot. It is the time when all the beaches remains open. Music festivals are conducted.
